 In 2005, thanks to significant capital investment and improvements to the efficiency of our operation, Westlers identified additional production capacity and sought to fill it with co-packing contracts.
Since then, the contract packing side of the business has seen continual growth from a base of less than 1% to more than 30% of company turnover. Our contract-packed products and components are available in all the major multiples across an expanding range of well-known household brand names.
Our co-packing operations require a very high level of quality control. We understand that our customers have a brand to protect, and as such we enforce stringent controls to reassure our customers that their brand is in safe hands.
