We are a leading food processing manufacturer providing product brands found in nearly every home across the country.
Due to continued expansion and following a reorganisation and review of the salary structure for the Engineering Department, we are looking to recruit to the following positions
- Production Engineering Manager - having management experience and a background within a food manufacturing industry. The role will involve looking after the production engineering function of the business which will involve the overseeing of the day to day management responsibility of the Engineering team across site, ensuring the continuous running of all food production machinery.
- This is a hands on role and to apply you should have at least 3 years experience in a manufacturing organization in a similar position being involved in the electro-mechanical maintenance of processing and packaging machinery.
- PPM/Production Engineers - - working within a team of production engineers, you will have experience working in a similar industry. The majority of the work being on production line maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of equipment including: can seamers, depositors, vacuum fillers and multi head weighing systems. All planned preventative maintenance will be produced by the Shire software system. Ideally you will be apprentice trained with a minimum qualification of a City & Guilds in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- This is a busy, responsible position providing an opportunity to work as part of a team, adapting quickly to a changing environment; reliability, good health and good hygiene are essential.
