Wayfayrer Foods - Hot Food Kit
The ideal addition to any outdoor enthusiasts trip and can be vital if no access to cooking facilities are available or if you just want to travel light for short trips.
Consists of a pouched meal, heater sleeve and condiment set. This product is available in four delicious main meals, Chicken Casserole, Beef Stew & Dumplings, Meatballs & Pasta In Tomato Sauce and Spicy Vegetable Rigatoni. All meals are a substantial 300g.
The Hot Food Kits have a shelf life of 3 years and can be heated by using the 'self heating' kit provided or as with the rest of the Wayfayrer range by placing the pouch in boiling water for 7-8 minutes.
Heater Pack Advice
1. Do not use near an open flame.
2. Use in a well ventilated area.
3. Always activate heater with water before disposal.
4. Always dispose of sensibly.
5. Bi- products are 'Milk of Magnesia'. Hydrogen and Water.
6. Harmless.
7. No hazardous effects.
8. A chemical reaction based compound is contained within the heater pack. This is a harmless Magnesium based compound. |
Heater Pack Instructions
1. Tear open the heater sleeve at the top arrow.
2. Add 40ml water to the line.
3. Insert the pouch making sure the heater is under the meal.
4. Fold the open end of the sleeve over the top of the meal as quickly as possible as the heater will be hot within 5 to 10 seconds.
5. After approximately 12 minutes, the meal will be ready to eat.
6. Tear off the heater sleeve at the second arrow to expose the top of the meal pouch. Care should be taken for up to 40 minutes while the heater is active.
7. Open meal pouch at the notch, eat directly from the pouch. |
